Procurement

Neem seeds passed through decorticator to separate outer shell from kernel using winnowing.

Kernels processed in rotary expeller at controlled temperature for pure neem oil extraction.

Application

How To Use Neem Oil

Neem oil is insoluble in water. It must be mixed with organic emulsifier or eco-friendly detergents like soap nut powder before spraying.

Recipe for 100 Liters Organic Pesticide:

Add 150ml emulsifier to 1 liter of water
Stir for equal mixing
Add 500ml neem oil to the mixture
Add the entire mix to remaining water

Composition:

Emulsifier: 0.15% Neem Oil: 0.5%
